Portland Pizza Week 2018

I have a confession to make- I'm absolutely obsessed with pizza. David and I picked up pizza on our way home from the beach on Sunday and I had it for dinner Sunday night and for breakfast Monday and Tuesday. I could eat it for every meal! It is so versatile- you can put almost anything on a pizza and it will taste amazing!

Once a year Portland hosts an event catered towards pizza lovers like me- Portland Pizza Week. From April 16-21, 34 different local pizzerias are offering $2 slices of a specialty pie. Some slices are more traditional, but many have a fun twist or a different style- things like an Indian Samosa pizza, a stuffed jalapeño, or a pizza with a mustard base.

Below are some vegetarian/ vegan slices that sound great to me! Have you eaten any slices yet? Let me know what you think in the comments!
