David and I love dessert but usually try to limit how many sweets we eat. This summer, though, we decided to go the healthy route and start making homemade popsicles! All of the recipes below are quick and easy and make for the perfect treat for a warm summer evening.
Dole Whip Popsicles
Pineapple is one of my favorite summer treats, so when I came across this recipe for Dole Whip Popsicles I knew it would be a favorite. If you've ever had a Dole Whip from Disneyland, you know how good this popsicle will be! Smooth and creamy, yet textured from the pineapple, this is such a satisfying popsicle.

Strawberry Lime Popsicles
I came across this recipe when looking for something delicious, easy and with minimal ingredients. This recipe was definitely simple, but the simplicity is what made it so delicious. Strawberries, lime juice and a little bit of honey to make the sweetness of the strawberries really stand out. This batch made enough for 12 in our popsicle mold, which was fantastic as well!

Greek Yogurt Chocolate Fudge Pops
Even though I am not a huge chocolate fan, one of my favorite types of popsicles is a Fudgesicle. This treat, made with Greek yogurt, is a healthier upgrade to one of my favorite childhood snacks. It is surprisingly easy as well, and they taste absolutely fantastic. David, who doesn't even like Greek yogurt, even gave these his stamp of approval!

Vanilla Funfetti Pops
Oh Funfetti cake, how do I begin to describe my love for you? Vanilla Funfetti cake is my absolute favorite type of cake in the world. I request it for every birthday, and it is my go-to to make for other people also. I'm even planning on having it for my wedding!
These popsicles are fantastic, and definitely deliver the Funfetti flavor I love, with a little less guilt. They are made with Greek yogurt and almond milk, along with vanilla extract and of course sprinkles! What could be better?

Thai Iced Tea Pops
Growing up I always thought I hated Thai iced tea. I was never a fan of creamy, milky drinks, and it always looked too milky for my tastes. Little did I know that they would someday become one of my favorite drinks! After trying the drink as an adult I fell in love, and when I was visiting Thailand I got them constantly.
These popsicles only require 4 ingredients, but one of them is a little tricky to find- Pantai iced tea mix. I ordered it on Amazon, but if you have a local Thai market you could pick up something similar! The popsicles have the exact same taste as my favorite iced tea, but last a little longer in popsicle form, at least for me!
